Lily’s Chillies is run by Charlotte & Jason Lacny from our home in Sussex. We are passionate about chillies and when we won an Amateur Best Taste award at the Hove Chilli Festival for our Lime and Ginger Chilli Jelly, we decided we were onto a good thing. So Lily’s Chillies, named after our daughter, was born.
Our ethos is flavour and fire. We use fruit from local Sussex orchards and nurseries as the base for the jellies which are then laced with chillies from an award winning British grower. Finished off with hand prepared garnish, these jellies are a perfect complement to everything from roasts to BBQs to chocolate desserts.
